2 - Mango Mojito

In South Florida, Mango is a flavor of summer. I love to add fresh pureed fruit to mojitos, the balance of sweet fruit with the fresh mint and tart limes is one of my favorite summer flavor combinations. If youโ€™re hitting up Wynwood any time soon, be sure to check out the Miami Mojito Bar in Wynwood. They serve up some of the best mojitos in Miami!

I recently experienced this gem on a beach vacation to Fire Island, NY - the birth place of the Rocket Fuel! Itโ€™s all the glory of a Pina Colada with an extra kick of Amaretto for flavor and topped with 151 proof rum floater. This is a party starter!
