Tortillas, Tacos & Tequila

This cooking class is sure to get you in the festive mood for Cinco de Mayo! During the "Tortillas, Tacos, and Tequila" class, Chef Jorge will teach you how to make tortillas from scratch along with traditional salsa verde.

But first.. a Margarita class! We’ll explore tequila and mezcal flavors, then learn to make the perfect margarita recipe. Following, we’ll dive into making corn tortillas and salsa verde. Finally, we'll assemble our delicious tacos with chicken, carne asada, and various sauces.

Hands-on class:

  • Tequila and Mezcal Tasting along with a Margarita Class

  • Chef Techniques - Master tortilla making, bartending skills and preparing sauces

Treat your mom this Mother's Day to a unique hands-on cooking experience like no other!

Learn the art of making homemade gnocchi paired with a classic carbonara sauce.

Set off on a culinary journey to the picturesque Italian countryside of Tuscany with our exclusive 4-course riverfront dining experience under the enchanting starlit sky. The evening unfolds with an irresistible welcome bite and cocktail at 6:30pm, followed by dinner at 7pm.
